Work out what to pay an influencer
Negotiators who want a number before the creator quotes one.
The fair price estimate multiplies a tier rate per follower by an engagement multiplier, then adjusts for branded versus organic performance and audience geography. You get a low, centre and high USD price for one sponsored reel, the one-line basis and the cost per thousand views at the centre price. Open with the centre, and the basis tells you why a creator quoting above it may or may not be worth it.
You need
- The handle
- The deliverable you are pricing (one reel is the base unit)
Step by step in Zaver
- 1
Run the insight report
The price block is part of every report.
- 2
Read the range and the basis
Low, centre and high in USD plus the sentence that explains it: tier, engagement multiplier, branded performance, audience geography.
- 3
Check cost per thousand views
CPM at the centre price lets you compare a 40K creator against a 400K one on the same footing.
- 4
Negotiate from the centre
Offer the centre with a bonus for performance. If the creator quotes above the high end, the basis tells you whether their audience geography or engagement justifies it.

Questions
Is it the price the creator will accept?
It is the fair range to open with. Creators quote above or below it, and the justification tells you why.
How is the tier rate set?
Roughly $0.012 per follower under 10K falling to $0.0007 above 10M, then multiplied by the engagement multiplier and adjusted for branded performance and audience geography.
