How we handle creator data
Zaver helps brands and agencies discover and evaluate creators. We build our public creator pages from information creators have already made public — and we make it easy for any creator to see, correct, unlist or remove their data. Here's exactly how it works.
Only publicly available data — and only what you published
Our creator pages are compiled from public sources: public social profiles, public posts, and the business contact details creators themselves publish in their public bios for the express purpose of being contacted for work. We do not do the things that make this category controversial:
- We do not guess or infer email addresses from name-and-company patterns.
- We do not harvest or upload anyone's address book or private contacts.
- We do not scrape private, logged-in, or password-protected content.
- We show a business email only when a creator has published it publicly themselves.
Our lawful basis
For creators in the EU, UK and other regions with similar laws, we process this public, business-facing information on the basis of legitimate interests — helping businesses discover and evaluate creators for potential collaborations — balanced against each creator's rights and reasonable expectations. Because the information is public and, in the case of business contacts, self-published to invite business enquiries, that balance weighs in favour of processing. We keep a record of this assessment and review it.
Your rights as a creator
Even though this is public, business-facing information, we honour data-subject rights for every creator, wherever you are:
- Access — ask what we show about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Objection — object to our processing of your data.
- Erasure / unlisting — have your profile taken down.

Unlist or remove your profile — no account needed
Any creator can have their public page taken down. Submit your handle or profile URL and a contact email on the removal form, and your page is taken down while we review the request within 48 hours. No sign-up, no cost.
Data we hold, and for how long
Public creator pages carry public metrics and, where a creator published it, public business contact details. Metrics refresh over time and each page shows how recent its data is. When you ask us to remove your profile, we take the public page down and keep only the minimum record needed to honour and enforce that request.
