1. Sign Up or Log In: Visit Zaver and sign up for a new account or log in to your existing account.
2. Navigate to Access Keys: Once logged in, navigate to the “Account” section from the dashboard. Click on “Access Keys” in the sidebar or menu.
3. Generate API Key: Click the “Generate New API Key” button. Provide a name for your API key to help you remember its purpose. Click “Create” and your API key will be generated.
4. Copy API Key: Copy the API key to your clipboard by clicking the copy icon next to the key.

1. Open Google Sheets: Open the Google Sheet where you want to use Zaver.One functionalities.
2. Open the Sidebar: Go to the menu and click on “Extensions”. Select “Zaver.One” and then click on “Settings” to open the sidebar.
3. Enter the API Key: In the sidebar, you will see an input box labeled “API Key”. Paste your copied API key into this input box. Click “Save API Key”.
4. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message stating that your API key has been saved successfully.

Selecting Ranges of Data

1. Open Your Google Sheet: Open the Google Sheet containing the data you want to work with.
2. Select Data Ranges: Click and drag your mouse to select the range of cells that you want to perform actions on. You can select multiple ranges by holding down the Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) key while selecting additional ranges.

Performing Actions from the Zaver.One Menu

1. Open Zaver.One Menu: Click on “Extensions” in the top menu bar. Select “Zaver.One” from the dropdown menu.
2. Available Functions:
   • Settings: Manage your API key and other settings.
   • Influencer Discovery:
     • Find Influencers: Open a dialog to find influencers based on your criteria.
   • AI Insights:
     • Analyze Profiles: Analyze selected profiles to get detailed insights.
     • AI Insights (20+): Get comprehensive AI-driven insights on selected profiles.
   • Utilities:
     • Extract Usernames: Extract Instagram usernames from URLs in the selected range.
     • Update Engagement Rates: Update engagement rates for the selected influencers.
     • Update Follower Counts: Update follower counts for the selected influencers.
   • Outreach:
     • Send Emails: Open the email template dialog to send personalized emails.
3. Performing Actions:
   • Find Influencers: Select the range of cells where you want to find influencers. Click on “Find Influencers” in the Zaver.One menu. Fill out the required information in the dialog and submit.
   • Analyze Profiles: Select the range of cells with the influencer usernames or URLs. Click on “Analyze Profiles” in the Zaver.One menu. The analysis results will be displayed in the adjacent columns.
   • Send Emails: Select the range of cells with the email addresses. Click on “Send Emails” in the Zaver.One menu. Choose an email template, fill in the necessary details, and send the emails.
