Information

Privacy and security are of utmost importance to Zaver and we strive to ensure that our technical and organisational measures in place respect your data protection rights.

This Privacy Policy describes how we manage, process and store Personal Data submitted in the context of providing our Service. “Personal Data” refers to any information relating to an identifiable individual or his or her personal identity.

Data Collected From You

DATA COLLECTED THROUGH GOOGLE SHEET ADD-ON

In the context of using our Google Sheet add-on, which includes influencer analytics, AI-powered insights, and email outreach, you might share with us specific information necessary for these services. This includes:

  • URLs and usernames for analytics and insights.
  • Recipient email addresses and names for email mail merge.
  • Data inputs while calling custom sheet functions, in prompts, in the sidebar, or in dialog boxes on Google sheet for generating requested analytics and insights.

Explicit User Consent for Data Collection

For each function request made through the Google Sheet add-on, we ensure that explicit user consent is obtained. Here’s how we manage this:

  1. Analytics and AI Functions: Before sending data such as URLs and usernames to our servers for analysis, a consent prompt will appear explaining the data being collected and its purpose. Users must provide explicit consent by clicking “OK” before the data is sent for processing.
  2. General Usage: For all interactions requiring data collection, users will be prompted to proceed with the data being collected and understand its usage, or on calling custom functions from cells by passing the input data explicitly. No data is collected automatically from the Google Sheet add-on unless it is explicitly invoked.

Disclosure To Third-Parties To Enable AI(Artificial Intelligence)-Based Features

When you use certain AI-based features of the Services (such as “Analyze with AI” and “AI Insights”), we may need to share derivative outputs, based on our analytics, with third-party partners or internal AI models that help provide these Services. Rest assured, this will be done in compliance with Google’s Limited Use Policy. None of the data shared with any third party is personally identifiable, and your data is not directly shared with third-party models or providers. By choosing to use these features, you intentionally direct us to share derivative outputs with these partners. If you do not want us to share this information, please refrain from using these features (Analyze with AI).

COMPLIANCE WITH GOOGLE’S LIMITED USE POLICY

In compliance with Google’s Limited Use Policy, we ensure that any data transferred to our servers is used solely to provide or improve the user-facing feature or user-directed appropriate use case of the app. In the context of AI/ML, this means Google User Data is used only to execute a user-facing feature or the user-directed appropriate use case. Google User Data will not be used to train or improve foundational or frontier models or be stored in conjunction with such models. All data handling and processing are done in strict adherence to these guidelines to protect user privacy and comply with Google’s policies.
