Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what we need to run Zaver, we don't sell your personal data, and you can ask for your data or its deletion at any time. The full version follows.
What this policy covers
This policy describes how Zaver ("we", "us") handles personal data across the zaver.one website, the Zaver application at app.zaver.one, and the Zaver Google Sheets add-on. By using any of these, you agree to the practices described here. Last updated: August 2026.
Data we collect
Account data: when you create a workspace we store your name, email address, company details you provide, and authentication credentials (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text).
Usage data: we collect analytics about how the website and product are used — pages visited, features used, and approximate location derived from IP — via Google Analytics and our own application logs. This helps us improve the product and prioritize fixes.
Billing data: payments are processed by our payment providers; Zaver does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
Creator data: the creator profiles, metrics and insights shown in Zaver are compiled from publicly available social media information. This is data about public creator accounts, not about you as a user.
How we use data
We use your data to operate and secure the service, provide support, process payments, send service communications (and, with your consent, product updates you can opt out of at any time), and understand aggregate usage so we can improve Zaver. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies for session management and Google Analytics (measurement ID G-51Z1Q0Q6CG) to understand site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; core site content remains readable without them.
Google Sheets add-on
The add-on reads only the spreadsheet ranges you point it at (creator usernames) and writes enrichment results back to the same sheet. It requests the minimum Google Workspace permissions needed for this, and its use of data obtained from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not read unrelated files in your Google Drive.
Data retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@zaver.one; we complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. invoicing records).
Creator data requests
If you are a creator whose public profile appears on Zaver and you would like your data corrected or removed from our public pages, email hello@zaver.one from an address verifiable as yours (or via the social account in question) and we will process the request.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users without undue delay.
