Build a rate card for your category from 20 reports

Agencies and brand teams that negotiate every week and want a house benchmark.

Short answer

Pick 20 creators in your niche and market across nano, micro, mid and macro, four or five per tier. Run insight reports, which take 20 to 60 seconds each or ten at a time by email, and tabulate price low, centre, high and CPM per creator. The median per tier is your rate card; the spread shows where engagement earns a premium. Refresh it quarterly, because reports are reused free for seven days and the market moves.

You need

  • 20 handles across tiers in your niche and country
  • A sheet to tabulate

Questions

Is there a public benchmark I can cite?

The research hub publishes the price-tier distribution by size from the full index; the rate card above is your own niche-specific layer on top of it.
