Sentiment analysis
Classifying posts and comments as positive, negative or neutral. Sentiment scoring reads text and assigns polarity, often with stance (for or against) and emotion (trust, frustration, relief). Aggregated over time it shows how a launch or issue is landing.
Why it matters
Negative share moving is the earliest public signal of a product or service problem.
