Outreach tracker
A log of who was contacted, when, with what, and what happened next. An outreach tracker records every email or DM to a creator with status and next action, so follow-ups happen and nothing is sent twice.
Why it matters
Losing track of creator conversations is one of the most common operational complaints.
How Zaver measures it
Emails sent from the Sheets add-on are logged to an Email Reports tab with recipient, subject, date and status; replies stay in Gmail.
